Create a code
For visitor registration, choose Visitor registration as the QR purpose and select an active entrance. This option requires Visitor Management access and the relevant permissions. The entrance controls registration questions and notice; create one in Visitor settings first if none are available.
- Choose Create QR code and select an active subject, or create the first one in the dialog.
- Give it a placement label, such as Front desk or Receipt sticker.
- Choose the feedback purpose and customer-choice setting.
- Review and generate. Use Test scan, then download PNG/SVG or continue to Print Studio.
Choose the feedback purpose
Private feedback collects a private response. Review asks for a review and rating. Suggestion invites an idea. Concern or complaint asks what went wrong. Compliment highlights a positive experience. Question invites a question.
The selected purpose supplies the customer prompt. Customers only select a type when Let customers choose the feedback type is enabled. This general-purpose option starts with your configured default.
Edit feedback type changes supported settings on an existing code without replacing its permanent URL. Choosing Review does not automatically publish submissions: consent and moderation still apply.
What stays permanent?
Publishing a new form version updates the experience behind the printed link. The QR stays bound to its original subject; create a separate code for a different subject.
Where Unified QR actions are configured, a code may offer feedback, visitor or conversation destinations. Availability depends on enabled modules and configuration. Test each action; a working feedback link does not prove chat or visitor registration is configured.
