Create a campaign
Open Campaigns in an organization workspace. Choose a published form attached to an active feedback subject, name the campaign and describe its purpose. Campaigns reuse that form and the normal feedback engine; they do not create a second survey builder.
- Choose the existing form and feedback purpose. These stay fixed to preserve historical attribution.
- Set optional start and end dates, state, default source and distribution channel. Dates use your device time zone.
- If contact capture is useful, enable the optional permission and write a specific explanation of how the organization will contact the participant.
- Review and create. Use Links & results to distribute the link and inspect outcomes.
Active, scheduled, paused and closed
A future start is scheduled. When the start arrives, a scheduled campaign accepts responses automatically. An end date makes it closed without requiring a background worker. Paused campaigns stop new campaign visits and responses until resumed within their date range. Closed campaigns stop accepting campaign responses.
Closing a campaign does not archive its product, unpublish its form or disable a separate permanent product QR. Dedicated campaign QR codes can remain downloadable for historical reference while their destination is unavailable.
Response counts and completion rates
Campaign analytics counts actual accepted campaign starts and submitted responses. Completion is completed visits divided by recorded visits, shown as unavailable when there are no visits. New visits, reloads and automated traffic can affect the denominator; these are not verified unique people.
Source/channel breakdowns and daily responses use stored campaign attribution. Retrying the same recorded start does not create another visit. A recorded visit accepts one completed response. View campaign responses opens the existing inbox with a campaign filter.
Optional campaign contact permission
Customers can decline campaign contact permission and still submit anonymous feedback. It is separate from public review publication and ordinary private-feedback follow-up. Providing permission requires a contact email; the server records the wording and time.
If the campaign contact wording changes while someone is completing the form, they must reload before agreeing. Do not use a narrow consent purpose as permission for unrelated marketing.
