Before printing

Create and test a QR code first. Submit a response and check the inbox before printing a large batch. Your account needs the relevant design and download permissions.

Create a branded design

1. Open Print Studio and select the correct QR code.
2. Choose a front-desk, sticker, table-tent or other suitable template.
3. Choose the paper size and adjust the headline, supporting text and branding. Match the wording to the QR purpose.
4. Save and update the preview, then download the PDF.
5. Print one proof at 100% / actual size and scan it before printing more.

Size and scan quality

Layouts include A4, A5, A6, stickers, table tents and custom dimensions. PDFs use vector QR modules for sharp edges; QR image downloads are also available.

The minimum QR module size is 0.4 mm. If a design is too small, enlarge the paper or QR area. Preserve the blank border and square proportions. Fit to page printer options can shrink the result.

Check the physical proof

Test typical customer phones, real lighting and the intended viewing distance. Keep folds, reflections and sticker edges away from the QR. Confirm the resulting response belongs to the expected subject and placement.
