Offers, bundles and order enquiries

Configure optional product offers, fixed-price bundles and customer enquiries without changing your feedback journey.

Enable this optional module

Offers are available in an organization workspace to members with explicit offer permissions. The organization and every product in an offer must opt in. A restricted product also restricts its variants and batches.

  1. Open Offers & orders, then Settings. Enable Offers and save your delivery-charge disclosure.
  2. Select an existing catalog product under Product eligibility. Allow offers only for products you are authorized to promote.
  3. Choose direct manufacturer enquiries, quotation requests, an authorized distributor team member or a secure external checkout link.

Create an offer or fixed-price bundle

Choose existing products in the creation dialog. A product offer uses a direct promotional price, a percentage discount or a fixed discount from an original price. A bundle contains at least two distinct products with defined quantities and one configured fixed price.

Choose the currency and whether tax is included, added or exempt. Dates use your device time zone during editing. Published offers with future starts remain scheduled; past end dates stop new enquiries. Draft, paused and revoked offers are unavailable publicly. Revocation is permanent.

  1. Set the maximum quantity per enquiry and optional total quantity or enquiry caps.
  2. Publish and open the share link to verify the actual public page.
  3. Create a dedicated promotion QR in the preview dialog if needed.

Customer journey and feedback integrity

Visitors open the public offer without signing in. They provide a name, an email or phone, their preferred delivery or collection location, requested quantities and optional notes. The contact-sharing notice is separate from marketing and feedback review permissions.

A submitted enquiry gets a reference and a private tracking link. Keep that link: it allows access to the status and pricing summary. Lipback does not automatically charge or mark enquiries as paid.

Eligible product feedback pages show an optional offers link below the feedback form. Viewing offers never requires submitting feedback or giving a particular rating. Complaints and questions do not display this promotional link.

Manage actual enquiries

Authorized staff see enquiries under Offers & orders. Open Details for customer contacts, the submitted price snapshot and activity history. Accept, decline or cancel a submitted enquiry; accepted enquiries may await payment or be fulfilled. Editing an offer does not rewrite an earlier enquiry.

Assign enquiries to active organization members who can view all products involved. Distributor routing requires such an authorized member; invite the distributor as permitted organization staff. Suspended members and revoked permissions prevent new routed enquiries.

Recording received funds requires a separate permission, an amount, a payment reference and confirmation that funds were actually received. This records a merchant assertion; it does not process or independently verify payment.

Promotion QR and print exports

Dedicated offer QR codes use the existing QR generator and Print Studio renderer. Export promotional stickers, posters, flyers, shelf labels or counter signs in PDF, SVG or PNG; raw QR PNG and SVG are available too. Artwork includes product or brand identity, configured price, validity dates and a fallback URL.

An expired offer QR still explains expiry. Permanent product feedback QR codes remain independent of offer dates.

Read reports and protect customer data

Reports count stored views, order starts, QR-route requests and submitted enquiries. Automated traffic can remain even after basic bot filtering. These are events, not verified people or purchases. A product report includes every product in a bundle, so product counts must not be added as independent orders.

Financial totals are grouped by currency and contain only explicitly merchant-confirmed receipts. They are not verified net revenue, payment reconciliation or refund accounting. CSV enquiry exports contain personal contact details and require export permission.

Contact retention defaults to 90 days and may be configured from 7 to 365 days. The scheduled retention job redacts enquiry contact details and invalidates tracking links, while retaining anonymized pricing and operational records. Operators must run Celery Beat or the documented retention command.
